Born and raised in the heart of the state, educated in its capital, and having become a U.S. Navy Pilot in its panhandle, Stanley offers a refreshing blend of experience, integrity and vision. His experiences have given him a profound understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing its diverse communities. His ability to bridge divides and his commitment to bipartisan collaboration make him a compelling choice for Florida voters who are seeking a unifying voice in Washington.

Stanley firmly believes that there is much more that unites us than what sets us apart. As a young Black student bussed to a Jewish school during desegregation, Stanley learned early on and firsthand about the challenges facing racially and ethnically diverse communities. He also learned that unity, collaboration, and inclusivity are the keys to building harmonious and economically successful neighborhoods and cities.

Whether it’s our neighborhood streets, our borders, or our technological infrastructure and information systems, every American deserves to feel safe. With his extensive background in cybersecurity, Stanley deeply values and prioritizes security and safety in his public service and professional career.

From Florida’s public school system and Historically Black College (HBCU) to philanthropist and successful entrepreneur, Stanley understands the importance of a proper education. With over 30 years of experience in building small businesses, he also believes they fuel economic growth and prosperity for everyone.
